Aime: I did not like anything about this shopping experience. Maybe down the line i will give a shot at another from the house, but i will definitely 100% get a sample first.
Améliorations: Consider overly emphasizing that refunds and returns are not available. Because if a new customer has a bad shopping experience and cannot return a fragrance the likeliness of them returning to shop again with the company is reduced drastically.To be transparent most will not even consider conducting any type of business again under any type of circumstances.…..You only get one chance at creating a good first impression.
Smells like cannabis (Marijuana)

I did not have good customer service or a pleasant scent experience. The short version is the fragrance smells exactly like Cannabis(Marijuana). So much so that I was asked if i had been smoking. The funny thing is I do not smoke so it was a definite turn-off for me…….And the company refused to give me a refund. Once the box was opened all refunds and returns were not available anymore….Smh….And i never received the 10 ml they advertise as a gift for orders totalling over $300 dollars. I was told i would qualify for the gift after making yet another purchase over $300…..Why post it if you are not going to fulfill as advertised.
