Everything I Imagined

I learned about this fragrance when a guy named Wes was on Skylar K YouTube channel and blind bought it. This guy can’t miss when it comes to fragrances.

Great fragrance…..very disappointing customer service.

The fragrance is amazing and the presentation is gorgeous. After placing the 10 ml included travel atomizer in travel case the atomizer became stuck inside the case. After gently trying to remove the atomizer it completely shattered. I was able to remove the glass from the travel case. I then tried to insert another 10 ml atomizer from floraiku and it too appeared not to fit. I contacted customer service and asked if they could provide another travel case and 10 ml atomizer since mine seemed defective. I offered to send the entire order back for exchange. Their only resolution was to offer me another 10 ml atomizer if I purchased another full size bottle. So disappointing for nearly $400 product.
