Likes: Everything else in the order was completely fine.
Improvements: Please consider not selling used products for the full price, or at least removing the « not for sale » tag on the goods that you are selling…
Testers sold as a full-price bottles?

I purchased this for a gift. Upon opening the order, I was immidiately alerted by the sticker «Not for sale » on the box (again, this was bought for a full price of a travel size). The security transparent sticker against opening was also missing.
The customer service assured me that this is explained by the «different package rules » and suggested to see if there is liquid coming out on the first try. Since this was a gift, I didn’t want to test it and let it slide.
Today was a gifting day, and, sure enough, there was liquid coming out on the first spray, meaning that the bottle was used before.
This is the first time I see something like this and this is unacceptable, even though I love the scents.
